•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs’ core values.
•Assist in store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise, place and arrange items on shelves and racks, and climb and descend ladders with merchandise.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift while continuously moving around the store.
