Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, process, and complete vehicle title transfer documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state-specific regulations.
  • •Contact customers, DMVs, lienholders, and third parties to collect missing/corrected documents and resolve title discrepancies.
  • •Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data across multiple databases and tracking systems with high accuracy.
  • •Process, finalize, and mail customer registration packets; interact with state and county licensing departments.
  • •Serve as the voice of Carvana on inbound video calls to notarize customer documents and maintain detailed case notes.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of work experience in an administrative, data entry, or customer-facing capacity.
