Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs and VLMs for real-world applications.
  • •Develop and orchestrate agentic AI systems for multi-step reasoning, planning, and tool use.
  • •Build scalable, low-latency inference systems using frameworks such as DeepSpeed, vLLM, TensorRT, or ONNX Runtime.
  • •Implement distributed training, model parallelism, and efficient inference pipelines, including edge/GPU/cloud deployment optimization.
  • •Stay current with advances in LLMs, multimodal models, and autonomous agents to drive research-to-engineering innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Robotics, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs, VLMs, and/or agentic frameworks.
  • •Strong understanding of transformers and multimodal architectures, including techniques like LoRA/QLoRA, quantization, distillation, and evaluation.
  • •Experience with reinforcement learning and alignment methods (e.g., RLHF, RLAIF).
  • •Proven ability to productionize AI systems at scale with excellent communication and collaboration.
