Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and control production scheduling (planned vs. actual) and document major inefficiencies and contractor delays in Daily Phase Reports.
  • •Record irregularities found at the service front in Daily Phase Reports and ensure quality attestations through field reports.
  • •Supervise construction and duct installation services in coordination with the Supervisory inspections and sign off on quality reports.
  • •Verify calibration of standard instruments and inspect coatings, insulation, refractory work, and related procedures.
  • •Develop project timelines, monitor execution, identify deviations from planning, and report on costs, progress and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services.
  • •Knowledge of Occupational Safety Standards.
  • •Knowledge of Construction Technical Standards.
  • •Duct Assembly experience.
  • •MS Office (Office Suite).
