Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-impact processes: Own one or more automation surfaces end-to-end, including instrumentation, workflow mapping, SQL/data analysis, tool changes, experiment evaluation, rollout, monitoring, and post-launch debugging.
  • •Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs and harnesses) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions.
  • •Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes.
  • •Manage complex projects end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and autonomously drive initiatives to completion.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup.
  • •Strong SQL fluency - comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • •Bonus: Experience with AI Automation Infrastructure, such as prompts, evaluations, failure analysis, agent workflows, guardrails, auditability, and production monitoring.
