Memory Circuit Design Engineer-MN Rochester

Design and build memory circuit blocks for SRAM, register-files, ROM, and multi-port architectures, working from transistor-level behavior through simulation, post-layout verification, and physical macro integration. Develop and automate characterization flows to extract timing and power, specify and verify behavioral/physical models, and define silicon test plans—then correlate silicon results to simulations and help debug issues. Collaborate within an elite memory engineering group.
