Job Summary

Work on animated shorts and specials by helping artists build show-specific, GenAI-native production pipelines. You’ll translate creative requirements into practical workflows, integrate emerging and established 3D/DCC tooling, maintain stable artist software environments, and support data handoffs through editorial. Partner with engineering on internal infrastructure, provide beta testing feedback, monitor compute performance, and help deliver final production material when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support show-specific workflow and technical needs while working alongside artists on productions.
•Strategize with artists on workflows, and when tools fall short, provide hybrid workflow solutions integrating established 3D workflows and DCCs.
•Provide workflow/tool support to artists and document regularly update onboarding and training materials.
•Gather beta test feedback for new internal infrastructure and integrations; provide testing feedback to artists and craft experts on external tooling releases.
•Monitor artist pain points and compute performance/reliability during production; troubleshoot data handoffs between artists and editorial.
