  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Ensure inventory accountability and proper handling, storage, and protection of equipment and assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Delight customers by executing orders accurately, communicating when issues arise, and ensuring Dasher pickups go smoothly.
  • •Guide operations associates through the shift, ensuring safe and productive work, and act as the daily escalation point.
