Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wastewater treatment plant facilities and major mechanical/hydraulic equipment.
  • •Operate skid steer for grounds maintenance, including seasonal snow removal.
  • •Assist operations with logging process variables, making process changes, troubleshooting equipment failures, and supporting site sampling.
  • •Maintain and update the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) database with site manager support.
  • •Coordinate and assist maintenance subcontractors and equipment inspectors, maintain inventory of parts/tools, and order parts according to bills of material.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •At least one year in a similar maintenance position at a warehouse, production facility, or a Public Works.
  • •Ability to obtain a 40-hour OSHA HazWOPER certificate or have a current certificate.
  • •Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening.
  • •Ability to operate heavy mobile, construction type equipment and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
