Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute proactively to an engaging team environment by sharing ideas and raising concerns.
  • •Support multiple in-store services including customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock management.
  • •Assist with daily retail sales operations: POS system, stock replenishment, pricing and discount processes, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness/condition standards.
  • •Follow Crocs asset protection policies including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
