Support day-to-day compliance operations, regulatory change, and AI-enabled process optimization within Banking & Markets Compliance; build dashboards, manage projects, and mentor growth within a dynamic, client-focused financial services environment.

Job Function: Consulting & Advisory

Key Responsibilities

•Support compliance operations, metric reporting, and centralization initiatives across Banking & Markets (B&M) Compliance.
•Assist the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics) and evolving regulatory requirements into compliance operations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
•Build and maintain metric dashboards and reporting in Power BI or equivalent to support leadership updates.
•Coordinate compliance projects and workstreams, including the Compliance Risk Assessment for B&M Compliance.
•Manage ongoing registration and licensing processes and serve as a resource to the Head of NA Securities Finance Compliance & Compliance Operations.

Key Requirements

•5-6 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, financial services, or related field.
•Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or data tools is a plus.
•Ability to work independently with a continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
•Stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
