Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for APAC experiences, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth with full budget ownership.
  • •Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive APAC experiences and partner events (including F1 and Harry Potter) adapted for local consumers.
  • •Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across WeChat, ByteDance’s Ocean Engine (Douyin/Toutiao), Xiaohongshu, and Baidu to ensure consistent performance and ROI.
  • •Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN strategy, including identifying, negotiating with, and managing creator relationships.
  • •Oversee marketing budgets and regional P&L, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure unified execution and effective localisation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of digital and growth marketing experience with hands-on expertise in the Chinese digital ecosystem (Tencent Ads, ByteDance Ocean Engine, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Baidu).
  • •Direct working knowledge of China’s platform landscape, including WeChat (Mini Programs, Official Accounts, WeChat Pay), Alipay, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and discovery-to-purchase journeys.
  • •Experience running or commissioning KOL/KOC campaigns and negotiating with MCNs, including understanding typical fee structures and tiering.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable business impact, using performance metrics and forecasting.
  • •Strong executive communication skills and professional Mandarin Chinese proficiency (spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
