•Rotate through different departments (Mobile, Audio & Video, Home Appliances, Display) based on profile and interest.
•Participate in strategic projects and take on real responsibilities from the start, supported by onboarding and training.
•Support marketing-related work across opportunities such as TV/Audio Marcom, channel marketing, and digital marketing on Samsung.com.
•Contribute to business planning, business innovation & strategy, and e-commerce initiatives by working with data, reporting, forecasting, and customer-journey improvements.
•Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, CRM & loyalty, and customer experience by analyzing performance and customer feedback (including NPS).
