Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a program management role on mega water supply tunnel projects delivered via design-bid-build procurement model.
  • •Manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and architects for final design documents of bored water tunnels and related structures.
  • •Develop and maintain Project Management Plans including Program Controls, Document Control, Design Management, Risk Management, Safety Management, Quality Control, and Environmental Compliance.
  • •Conduct independent reviews of project progress and perform schedule reviews/analysis.
  • •Develop relationships with public and private sector clients, agencies, partner firms, sub-consultants, and external stakeholders to support project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • •Licensed as a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist in Massachusetts (or readily obtainable)
  • •Twenty (20) years of professional experience with ten (10) years managing a diverse, multi-disciplinary team on large, complex civil works projects
  • •Experience in planning, permitting, design, and construction of large water distribution systems, wastewater collections systems and/or other large civil works systems
  • •Megaproject experience (over $1B) in a similar capacity
