Assembler

Assemble pumps and valves for the hygienic fluid handling department at Alfa Laval’s new Indianapolis facility. Work on a day shift (6am–2:30pm) using standard operating procedures and blueprints to build subcomponents and finished products, perform quality checks, and report deviations. Participate in 5S and Kaizen improvements, follow safety documentation (including SDS), and maintain PPE and process accuracy while supporting cross-training across manufacturing processes.
