Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end expansion projects, from site surveying and evaluation to facility handover.
  • •Manage facility replacement, upgrade, renovation, and replacement of hubs and sortation centers.
  • •Conduct site assessments with Operations on commercial viability, logistics needs, and layout suitability.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact with landlords for interior build-out, renovation terms, and lease negotiations.
  • •Oversee automation and conveyor installation, coordinate procurement and finance, mentor the project team, and provide progress reporting to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or related majors).
  • •Proven experience leading complex projects involving Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, Facility Management, Maintenance, and Operations.
  • •Ability to manage and drive multiple stakeholders toward tight deadlines.
  • •Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and provide clear project visibility.
  • •Willingness to work from North Jakarta; familiarity with site surveys and working with surveyors/drafters is preferred.
