Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Korean tax filings and compliance (VAT, corporate income tax, local tax, CBCR, BEPS, and other statutory reporting).
  • •Coordinate tax reporting schedules and prepare documentation for tax audits and compliance reviews.
  • •Assist global tax coordination and communications with internal and external stakeholders on Korean tax matters.
  • •Support statutory audit activities and maintain documentation related to SOX/internal control requirements.
  • •Prepare and maintain customs duty filing materials and support intercompany transactions, treasury activities, cash forecasts, and banking communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of professional accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years of tax experience.
  • •Experience with Korean tax compliance and statutory audits, including SOX/internal controls and customs duty filing.
  • •Strong English communication skills with the ability to work with local, APAC, and global stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, with strong analytical skills and confidence working with detailed financial data.
