  • •Integrate token-based billing and token management capabilities into the AppDirect marketplace, working closely with the Devs.AI team on platform dependencies.
  • •Drive automation of accounts receivable and payment reconciliation workflows, reducing manual intervention with measurable efficiency gains.
  • •Build AI-assisted subscription management features, including right-sizing tools that guide users toward appropriate plans.
  • •Benchmark AppDirect's billing platform against leading AI billing competitors and deliver a gap analysis with a prioritized roadmap within year one.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 100,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of product management experience with a strong focus on billing, invoicing, payments, or subscription management.
  • •Demonstrated experience shipping consumption-based or usage-based billing features, including familiarity with token usage, metering, and retirement concepts.
  • •Hands-on experience with payment and money movement APIs such as Stripe, Adyen, or Plaid, including reviewing or producing API documentation.
  • •Experience with enterprise billing or ERP platforms (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee, NetSuite, or Recurly) is an asset.
  • •Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 in the context of a payments or billing product is an asset.
