Job Summary

Design and deliver ultra-fast analog multiplexers and switches for multi-voltage, low-loss applications, collaborating across design, verification, validation, product, and test teams. You’ll lead an Analog IC design team from definition through release to manufacturing, evaluate design and silicon results, guide physical design/IC layout progress, and partner with systems and application engineering to create briefs, datasheets, and application notes that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership from definition through release to manufacturing.
•Direct and participate in designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits.
•Provide design guidance, develop schedules, and monitor progress throughout the project.
•Evaluate intermediate and final design results during design and silicon evaluation to meet technical objectives.
•Collaborate across physical design, design verification, validation, product engineering, and test engineering to enable transfer to production.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
•0-3 years of relevant experience.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions.
