Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to deliver solutions aligned to regulatory needs.
  • •Mentor engineering talent; from time to time code or evaluate code and participate in internal/external tech communities.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for customer experiences.
  • •Lead Agile engineering teams or programs, providing strategic direction and ensuring delivery of large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
