Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance and support across a broad range of people matters using AI-enabled HR tools.
  • •Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, using AI-powered solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • •Provide advice on employment legislation, company policies, and local compliance requirements, ensuring consistent communication and application.
  • •Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation using HCM automation to improve data integrity and streamline HR operations.
  • •Oversee immigration and right-to-work processes and manage employee benefits administration as a key point of contact.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data validation, lookup functions, conditional formatting, and data modelling.
  • •Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM, including data management, reporting, system administration, and process optimization.
  • •Fluent French and English.
  • •Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement) while handling shifting priorities and deadlines.
