Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the execution and evolution of employee listening strategy, including lifecycle surveys (engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit) and related reporting and follow-up mechanisms.
  • •Turn employee feedback into insights by identifying trends, themes, risks, and opportunities, and partner with leaders and People Business Partners for deeper discovery when needed.
  • •Own and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding experience from pre-boarding through the first 90 days, coordinating across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, Workplace, and Learning & Development.
  • •Evaluate and redesign employee experience processes by conducting discovery, building scalable workflows with clear ownership and success measures, and translating strategy into practical execution.
  • •Build continuous improvement loops to evaluate program effectiveness and simplify or automate manual processes without losing important human touchpoints.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually
