Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and coordinate high volumes of interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
  • •Own candidate communications end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and timely experience throughout.
  • •Coordinate both virtual and onsite interviews, including logistics and panel scheduling.
  • •Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving.
  • •Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in Greenhouse (ATS)

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience.
  • •Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (or a comparable system).
  • •Exceptional organizational skills — you can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • •Clear, professional communicator in writing and in person.
