Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as the customer’s first point of contact and direct subcontractors.
  • •Troubleshoot faults remotely where possible and coordinate onsite service when needed.
  • •Service and resolve issues for access control, presence systems, CCTV, intrusion, intercom, and building management systems including related IT networks.
  • •Ensure good reporting and discuss it with the client.
  • •Provide support for onsite/shifted service duties under time pressure and set correct priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimaal mbo-werk- en denkniveau richting engineer beveiligingssystemen (MBV of TBV), elektrotechniek, installatietechniek, IT of vergelijkbaar.
  • •Communicatief vaardig, analytisch en oplossings- en klantgericht.
  • •Bij voorkeur kennis van gebouw automatiseringssystemen, servers en netwerktechnologie.
  • •In bezit van rijbewijs B en bereid om met de auto van de zaak naar locaties te rijden.
  • •In een defensieomgeving: kunnen overleggen van een VOG en in aanmerking komen voor VGB-screening; je kunt een rijbewijs/rijbewijs en diploma’s (of bereidheid om opgeleid te worden) meenemen.
