Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, evaluate, and catalogue materials to support procurement and inventory/warehouse management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational objectives.
  • •Use expert querying of complex databases to interpret material descriptions, resolve discrepancies, and match end-user requirements.
  • •Analyze and validate data from federal supply source databases (e.g., WebFLIS, Haystack, FedMall, DLA Disposition, GSAXcess, GSA Advantage) to determine correct sourcing and inventory actions.
  • •Oversee cataloguing and daily Navy ERP (N-ERP) transactions, including updates, issue transactions, and validation/submission of cataloguing data.
  • •Provide guidance for DLR and MILSTRIP ordering actions, lead SOP/process updates, and train technical customers on property screening and material management processes.

  • •Must be a US Citizen able to obtain an Interim Secret and maintain a final DoD Secret clearance.
  • •Associate's degree OR at least 3 years of supply/inventory experience with independent analysis and decision-making.
  • •Proven ability to work independently across multiple online databases to diagnose issues and respond to customer requests.
  • •Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with attention to detail and customer focus.
