Electrical and Instrumentation Lead

Lead electrical and instrumentation activities for an onshore Southern Iraq fast-track project, supporting FEED through construction and commissioning assistance. Enforce project guidelines, HSE objectives, QA/QC expectations, and safe work practices, while supervising contractor execution, validating construction methods, and coordinating risk analyses and work permits. Ensure asset integrity via anomaly reporting, resolve technical issues onsite with engineering teams, and manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and handover documentation to field operations.
