Vans: Supervisor - Jersey Gardens

Lead store operations and partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop associates, maintain merchandising and brand standards, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, inventory, and store procedures. Monitor KPIs and sales/profit progress, support stockroom and loss-prevention practices, and help foster an inclusive, high-performing retail culture through day-to-day leadership and community involvement.
