Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalise intra-group outsourcing oversight by monitoring, validating, and challenging SLAs, KPIs, and customer outcomes delivered by group functions.
  • •Support the design, mapping, and ongoing testing of Important Business Services and impact tolerances to meet regulatory resilience expectations.
  • •Maintain a real-time view of major incidents and changes; oversee severity classifications and ensure customer impacts are addressed with robust remediation tracking.
  • •Provide regulatory and Board readiness support by drafting audit-ready management information, dashboard analytics, and evidence packs.
  • •Act as the operational gatekeeper and interface for change management when product, infrastructure, or process updates affect entity servicing and third-party risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 95,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in financial services, banking, or scale-up fintech, with experience in operating model design, risk frameworks, or supplier/service oversight.
  • •Strong analytical controls mindset to investigate root causes, track remediations, and validate data quality.
  • •Experience acting as a credible challenger to large global delivery organisations and advocating for change with stakeholders.
  • •Ability to produce traceably accurate, clean, professional, auditor- and regulator-ready documentation.
  • •Understanding of U.K. regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and operational resilience.
