Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect complex, scalable SAP landscapes across ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SolMan, PO/PI, and BTP across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • •Provide expert guidance for SAP HANA database administration, HA/DR, performance tuning, security, and data volume management.
  • •Lead planning and execution of SAP migrations and upgrades (brownfield/greenfield conversions, OS/DB migrations, release upgrades, EHP installs) and manage near-zero downtime cutovers.
  • •Own presales technical solutioning and contribute to RFP/RFI and SOW proposal content, including sizing and TCO/ROI modeling; present strategies to C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • •Lead AMS delivery for SAP Basis/HANA, manage escalations and incident/problem resolution, drive automation and continuous improvement, and mentor Basis/HANA administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of SAP Basis experience, including 5+ years in an architect or lead role with demonstrable presales experience.
  • •At least 2 SAP implementations and 3-4 upgrade/migration experiences in a tier-1 organization.
  • •Deep hands-on expertise in SAP Basis/NetWeaver/S/4HANA and HANA, including Oracle and MSSQL database administration.
  • •Proven experience leading full-cycle OS/DB migrations and major SAP release upgrades, EHP installations, and support pack/stack application using tools like SUM/DMO.
  • •Strong working knowledge of running SAP on Azure, AWS, or GCP (or RISE with SAP) and leading large cross-functional technical teams.
