•Lead a small team of data analysts supporting marketing campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Partner with Analytics, Integrated Marketing, and/or Brand Strategy to define audience, segmentation, and measurement requirements across channels.
•Test and validate data processes using standard operating procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources and systems.
•Identify process, quality, and efficiency gaps and recommend targeted adjustments, including compliance with privacy and consent requirements.
