Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project stakeholder management and collaborate with project managers and business sponsors to scope and analyze the area of work.
  • •Interface with business users to analyze functional issues and define business and functional requirements.
  • •Lead business requirement gathering sessions and document requirements, including requirement specification documents.
  • •Apply capital markets domain knowledge (e.g., trade lifecycle, trade processing, regulatory reporting, collateral management, derivatives operations) to drive accurate requirements.
  • •Define testing objectives and coordinate with testing teams to ensure requirements are validated.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst with an investment bank or capital markets context.
