Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, direct, and oversee MRO operations and processes with a hands-on leadership style rooted in RTX/One Collins values.
  • •Ensure product quality and shipping/orders compliance with FAA and other regulatory/customer requirements; maintain an audit-ready environment.
  • •Develop the annual service center budget and manage labor and material costs to minimize variances and meet margin plan targets.
  • •Set and maintain delivery, quality, and performance objectives to meet/exceed on-time delivery and delivered quality expectations.
  • •Own long-term operational strategy, including cost reduction, capital investment, digital solutions, and succession/talent growth plans.
