Collaborate with design teams and general contractors, reconcile contractor data, support value engineering, and provide commercial input to design options while mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary day-to-day client interface for large-scale construction and capital projects, emphasizing heavy civil and site development works.
•Estimate and negotiate change orders, including detailed cost planning aligned to early works and heavy civil scopes.
•Review and validate cost estimates with the design team and general contractor; reconcile changes and ensure contractor data is complete and well-substantiated.
•Conduct quantity surveying, cost checks, valuations, and post-contract cost control, including change management and governance processes.
•Prepare and present cost plans and monthly cost reports, support value engineering and cost optimization sessions, and negotiate and agree final accounts.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 6–7 years of cost management experience in the construction industry, including exposure to large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
•Experience supporting complex, fast-paced construction programs with significant site development components.
•RICS accredited or actively working toward accreditation is preferred.
•Strong understanding of construction methods, procurement strategies, and commercial management principles, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
