Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues (L2/L3), ensuring rapid service restoration and root-cause analysis.
  • •Oversee the day-to-day execution of management chains, including batch processing, data transfers, and workflow monitoring.
  • •Orchestrate and manage software releases and hardware infrastructure updates within your scope, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • •Implement and supervise monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus/Grafana) to analyze load, performance, and functional health.
  • •Develop scripts (Python/Bash) and use DevOps tools (Ansible) to automate repetitive tasks, log parsing, and health checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Linux administration (RHEL 7/8, SLES, Ubuntu) with system tuning
  • •SQL or equivalent with basic DBA tasks and optimization
  • •Python and Bash scripting for automation; Ansible with CI/CD integration
  • •Cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes (basic pod debugging and log aggregation); Terraform/Helm a plus
  • •Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix) and ITIL/ITSM processes with ServiceNow/JIRA
