Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Set technical strategy for a major slice of the ML roadmap and turn ambiguous research and product goals into production-ready systems. Tackle frontier modeling challenges like long-context, multi-document understanding, and complex reasoning. Build and evaluate ML systems using advanced techniques (fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, retrieval) while reducing hallucinations and improving factual consistency. Serve as an ML technical anchor through mentorship, standards, and collaboration across research, engineering, product, and legal teams.
