Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic and technical leadership for mechanical engineering design across complex healthcare projects
•Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and close-out
•Drive client relationships and business development efforts, including pursuits, proposals, and market strategy
•Oversee design of HVAC systems, central utility plants, hydronic systems, and plumbing systems
•Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, standards, and California regulatory requirements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,400 - 259,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•12+ years of mechanical engineering design experience for building systems
•Healthcare project delivery experience (hospitals, medical centers, or similar)
•Professional Engineer (PE) license required
•Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and related engineering tools
