Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong leadership to a cost management team and ensure accountability delivery.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants across project stages.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate/assist strategic and operational management of cost management and project controls services across sectors and capital programs.
  • •Serve as first point of contact for reporting overall project commercial status and drive best practices, process improvements, and staff performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.

  • •Demonstrates SME-level quantity surveying expertise and is RICS certified (or equivalent accreditation).
