Job Summary

Lead strategy execution and portfolio optimization for Visa’s Small Business (VCS) segment across priority APAC markets. Partner with markets, issuers, and cross-functional teams to drive issuer growth strategies, pipeline development, and go-to-market execution. Use portfolio and market data to identify opportunities and track key metrics, while enabling products and value-added services to support consumer-to-SMB and B2B payment initiatives.

•Drive strategy execution, portfolio optimization, and market enablement across priority APAC markets.
•Support markets and AEs in executing issuer growth strategies, campaigns, and portfolio initiatives, including pipeline and go-to-market execution.
•Analyze portfolio, issuer, and market data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and develop opportunity analyses.
•Partner with Product, Marketing, VCA, Partnerships, and market teams to localize and execute regional strategies and initiatives.
•Develop expertise in Small Business products and support product commercialization, launches, and embedding value-added services into issuer propositions.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of experience in payments, banking, consulting, strategy, fintech, or related industries.
•Experience in SMB, commercial cards, business banking, or B2B payments.
•Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
