Key Responsibilities

  • •Run security reviews and threat modeling on features and systems, turning findings into actionable guidance.
  • •Independently plan and deliver security projects from design through rollout.
  • •Build tooling and automation to make future reviews faster and cheaper.
  • •Coordinate penetration testing and track remediation through to closure.
  • •Support recurring compliance work (SOC2, PCI) including evidence collection and remediation tracking against audit windows.

  • •Working experience in product or application security, including security reviews and threat modeling.
  • •Ability to read and write code, building small tools and automation rather than only writing findings.

  • •Ability to independently plan and deliver work once you understand the direction, knowing when to pull in the senior engineer.
  • •Clear communication with engineers who aren’t security specialists, since impact lands through their work.
