Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate the trade planning process with the assigned Sales team to create customer pricing and trade plans.
  • •Analyze pricing and trade spending dynamics for key customers, using syndicated data and analytic tools to build insights and smarter plans.
  • •Serve as a liaison between the assigned Sales team and internal teams (Business Management, Demand Planning, and Marketing) to support review and approvals.
  • •Coordinate the creation of plans aligned to company objectives and ensure agreements are understood during approval reviews.
  • •Coordinate trade spending reporting and support plan roll-up and fund close-out processes to ensure accurate, timely P&L reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching, or mentoring to less experienced staff or by managing a process or project.
  • •Relevant Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience in sales, marketing, category management, or trade marketing (preferred).
  • •Solid understanding of product management and customer trade planning processes.
  • •Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
