Job Summary

Coordinate the Smithfield trade planning process, partnering with Sales Managers and Brokers to develop customer pricing and trade plans. Serve as a liaison between Sales and Business Management teams to support collaborative reviews and approvals of account plans. Use syndicated data and analytics tools to build smarter plans, track trade spending monthly/YTD, manage plan roll-ups and fund close-outs, and support end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate the trade planning process with the assigned Sales team to create customer pricing and trade plans.
•Analyze pricing and trade spending dynamics for key customers, using syndicated data and analytic tools to build insights and smarter plans.
•Serve as a liaison between the assigned Sales team and internal teams (Business Management, Demand Planning, and Marketing) to support review and approvals.
•Coordinate the creation of plans aligned to company objectives and ensure agreements are understood during approval reviews.
•Coordinate trade spending reporting and support plan roll-up and fund close-out processes to ensure accurate, timely P&L reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching, or mentoring to less experienced staff or by managing a process or project.
•Relevant Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience in sales, marketing, category management, or trade marketing (preferred).
•Solid understanding of product management and customer trade planning processes.
•Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
