Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • •Properly follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
  • •Report problems to your manager and follow directions on daily tasks and expectations for each project or job site.
  • •Assist the construction/paving crew with tasks such as shoveling/raking, running wheelbarrows, digging, spreading, and leveling materials.
  • •Assist with traffic control setup and equipment movement, including signaling operators and lifting/carrying/holding materials and supplies.

Key Requirements

  • •Follow safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations and adhere to procedures in the Employee Handbook.

  • •Minimum high school diploma or GED; previous related construction experience is preferred.
