Commercial & Indirect Sales Support, Auto Finance

Provide administrative and relationship support for auto finance dealer partners, serving as a primary contact via phone and day-to-day interactions. Help establish, document, maintain, and service dealer relationships, and advise internal and external stakeholders on bank products and services. Identify, research, analyze, and resolve account and application issues, while assisting sales and officers with accurate documentation. Compile client-facing presentations, memos, and correspondence, and train others on products and systems.
