Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the operational backbone for the Program Manager, coordinating across stakeholder integration, supply chain, workforce development, and facilities to meet deliverables.
  • •Support stakeholder integration by preparing briefing materials, tracking commitments, and closing loops across internal and external contributors.
  • •Work with supply chain to build program-level risk pictures from procurement and vendor performance data (e.g., long-lead exposure and supplier ramp risk).
  • •Partner with workforce development to scale hiring and training plans and turn workforce needs into program-integrated tracking systems.
