Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the annual portfolio of ANZ client events and conferences, confirming scope, priorities, timelines, and success measures.
  • •Develop event delivery plans and standardized procedures to ensure consistent execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Own end-to-end coordination and delivery for assigned events, managing approvals/forms, submissions (if needed), attendees, registrations, payments/invoices, scheduling, briefs, trackers, and RSVPs.
  • •Analyze event performance data (attendance, engagement, cost, outcomes) and produce actionable recommendations; support reporting outputs for stakeholders.
  • •Liaise with suppliers, conference organisers, and industry partners; maintain SharePoint materials and client databases; draft event-related social media copy aligned to approved messaging.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications and related discipline, or equivalent experience in B2B marketing, public relations, and project management.
  • •At least five years of experience managing conferences.
  • •Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • •Experience in SharePoint and/or Salesforce CRM; experience taking briefs and following processes and procedures.
