Job Summary

Serve as a primary technical partner advocate for MSSP/MSP relationships, driving both net-new partner onboarding and expansion of existing managed security alliances. Collaborate with MSSP partners and internal Sales Engineers to develop and operationalize Falcon-powered managed services, including scalable multi-tenant architectures, integrations, and automation. Lead partner enablement, demo environments, and proof-of-concepts, while troubleshooting technical blockers and representing MSSP-specific platform needs across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical partner advocate for MSSP/MSP relationships, supporting net-new partner landing and expansion through technical depth and solution alignment.
•Identify and pursue opportunities to recruit new MSSPs by articulating the technical and business value of managed services on the Falcon platform.
•Work with MSSP partners to develop and operationalize CrowdStrike-powered managed service offerings, enabling faster differentiated security delivery.
•Collaborate on scalable, multi-tenant architectures and support partner workflows, playbooks, and automation capabilities using CrowdStrike’s platform (including API integrations and SIEM/SOAR connectivity).
•Create technical enablement plans and support demos, proof-of-concepts, troubleshooting, and internal alignment to resolve partner issues and advocate MSSP-specific needs.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in modern security platforms and how MSSPs architect, deliver, and scale managed security services.
•Knowledge in one or more areas such as Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Agentic AI Deployments, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, and Operating System Architecture.
•Experience in a security-focused Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales/technical role, ideally with exposure to MSSP/managed services environments.
•Demonstrated experience landing and expanding technology partnerships, including recruiting new partners and growing revenue in existing relationships.
•Familiarity with MSSP business models and data consumption for automation and integration (APIs, scripting, data exchange formats).
