Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement backend features end-to-end for a multi-tenant SaaS platform (WhatsApp Business messaging, broadcast, automation, and analytics).
  • •Own technical designs and drive cross-repo coordination across backend, frontend, messaging services, and billing, using AI coding agents when frontend changes are needed.
  • •Debug complex production issues across distributed systems (async job chains, webhook pipelines, multi-tenant data flows).
  • •Build and use AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows across requirement analysis, code generation, code review, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • •Collaborate directly with PM, CS, and international engineering teams in English.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend skills; language-agnostic (C#/.NET, Go, TypeScript, or Python).
  • •Experience designing APIs, data models, and async workflows for multi-tenant SaaS systems.
  • •Proven ability to debug and resolve complex production issues across multiple services, queues, and databases.
  • •Ability to use AI coding agents as a core part of daily development (e.g., delivering production-quality frontend changes when backend is the primary strength).
  • •Strong plus: AI agent architectures/tool calling/MCP/LLM workflow orchestration; plus experience with .NET/C#, MongoDB, or Google Cloud services (Pub/Sub, BigQuery, AlloyDB).
