Key Responsibilities

  • •Service and repair tail lift, double deck, VBG, and shutter door equipment, managing stock and revenue generation on contract accounts.
  • •Optimize and maintain engineer van stock to support service delivery to customers.
  • •Carry out daily safety checks on the company van and adhere to Health & safety procedures and ISO9002 standards.
  • •Complete required paperwork and online (PDA) requirements to support central control and invoicing while keeping customers informed.
  • •Provide technical help to customers and other TK personnel as required, and promote business with existing or potential customers.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English).
  • •NVQ qualification in hydraulics/electrics (desirable) or equivalent experience working to manufacturer standards.
  • •Experienced tail lift and commercial engineer with knowledge of electro-mechanical systems (engines, compressors, hydraulic equipment).
  • •Skilled in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems.
  • •Clean driving licence and IT literacy (Microsoft Office; able to use a palmtop computer with training).
