Human Resources Coordinator (Employee Relations)

Support the HR team in employee relations investigations, manage HRIS, onboard new hires, and provide policy guidance in a fast-paced SpaceX environment. Collaborate across spaces to deliver core HR services, maintain confidential files, and help implement local and company-wide programs while traveling to SpaceX locations as needed.
