Lead World Relief Chad by shaping and executing the country strategy, managing programs and operations, and ensuring high-impact humanitarian outcomes. Oversee fundraising, partnerships with government, donors, UN agencies, and local actors; guide MEAL, safeguarding, risk management, and compliance; represent the organization in-country and drive localization and staff development.
