Key Responsibilities

  • •Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • •Perform basic malware analysis.
  • •Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execution of countermeasures.
  • •Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management.
  • •Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking events.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience conducting or managing incident response for organizations, including investigating targeted threats such as APTs and other advanced attackers.
  • •Background in computer forensic analysis to assess the extent and scope of compromise using incident response forensic tools.
  • •Ability to perform basic malware analysis, including static and dynamic techniques to understand malware behavior.
  • •Experience coding/scripting in one or more of: C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
  • •Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule (including a weekend day) and be on site with a hybrid schedule.
